All my tools are packed, leftover materials loaded in the the truck, the worked produced is wrapped and stored for transport.The time has gone by quickly for me, but I was able to produce some good work. I'll be finishing the sculpture back in my studio in Fort Worth, and documenting the new work. Soon I will post the new pieces on my web site.
Here's a shot of the artist Naomi Campbell and me in a studio conversation. On the last Wednesday here at Vyt we all toured each others studios and Naomi facilitated the conversations about our work. It was great to see what the other residents had been up to and hear about their work.
I'm excited about getting back to my studio! Not so much about the drive but I look forward to being home again.
